Again they skipped some important steps with GRPS like

#1) getting the GRSP Delaware entity back to active by paying the back taxes

#2) filing the proper forms at the Delaware SOS to re-domicile the shell to Colorado.

These are key points. They are two legal and separate entities, the trading entity is the legal entity in DEL, not CO.
