The Gouldings pumping 3 old scam tickers with one new business?

I've known for a while now (and posted about) the Gouldings (Randall Goulding, Richard Goulding, David Goulding) acquiring the RSHN shell from Randolph Hudson.

The Goulding also acquired the GRPS shell some time over the past few months.

And it looks like the Gouldings may have acqiured the ENTI shell from Randolph Hudson. At the very least they are now involved in ENTI with Randolph.


Now the Gouldings are using some new entity named XYZ Hemp Inc to pump all three stop sign tickers (RSHN, GRPS, and ENTI) at the same time.

XYZhemp.com was just registered as a domain on June 10, 2018 using a private proxy.

On the website Gouldings tout some upcoming IPO that will benefit the shareholders of RSHN, GRPS, and ENTI.

The Gouldings are the masterminds behind the POTN pump&dump which has been going on for over a year now with non stop paid promotions while an insider owned debt Note is being turned into hundreds of millions of free trading shares of stock at $.003/share.

The Gouldings have been running pump&dumps on a dozen plus penny stocks going back some 20 years. The Gouldings have an SEC Complaint and even an Indictment under their belts

RSHN got a big boost recently when the Goudlings started doing press releases touting among other things the XYZ Hemp stuff after it had already been getting pumped for weeks because of the Gouldings showing up in the shell.

The big Issue with RSHN is that it was always a Nevada business entity and as of today is still revoked at the Nevada SOS

It was revoked in 2010 and never reinstated.

Instead Randolph Hudson committed tax fraud by ignoring the taxes owed to the state of Nevada and creating a new entity by the same name in Colorado

You can see in the above link that when Randolph S Hudson created Rushnet Inc in Colorado he signed as the representative of the Nevada Rushnet Inc entity which he was not since Rushnet Inc - Nevada was still revoked and Randolph S Hudson was never added as a managing member for the entity.



RSHN is an example of corporate identity theft (on some level). Since no filings were done at the Nevada SOS to properly move the entity to Colorado the public ticker RSHN still technically belongs to the revoked Nevada entity.



RSHN isn't the only one of the new Goulding shells with a tax fraud/corporate identity theft issue.

I contacted the Delaware SOS and found out that Gold River Productions Services Inc (GRPS) hasn't filed anything with the Delaware SOS since 2011. It is a revoked Delaware entity that owes a boat load of back taxes to the state of Delaware.

Then on July 25, 2018, Randall Goulding made a new Gold River Productions Services Inc in Colorado instead of paying all those back taxes owed to Delaware (which is A LOT). He immediately changed the name from Gold River Productions Service Inc to XYZ Hemp Inc.

Just like RSHN we have another example of Tax Fraud and on some level Corporate Identity theft. Since no filings were done at the Delaware SOS to properly move the entity to Colorado the public ticker GRPS still technically belongs to the revoked Delaware entity.
