Why would the company sell shares at this price? There is no immediate need for cash. There is an anticipated presentation coming up that could well result in a SP rise.
Having another trial or two approved will boost the share price I would think.
Seems to me that waiting for a while to sell shares is in the company's interest. After all, TGD's shares get diluted along with everyone elses.

So the co knew good news was coming and they still went for issuing such large shares at lowest price? Why wouldn’t they wait for 2 days and issue new shares at higher prices?
So it is kind of insider info being used by company to give benefits to early investors.
