Why would the company sell shares at this price? There is no immediate need for cash.

Well I seem to recall someone here computing the average price that Anavex sold shares to LPC under the old agreement. What was that price?

Are you still happy that Anavex has over $20 million in the bank currently or do you think they should have waited for a higher price?

I’m not bashing, see my earlier post about folks being ok with dilution after it occurs! You should really hope I’m right imho it would be a very positive revelation.
