The shares are issued, given to Cantor Fitzgerald to sell, and then they get the best price they can so their 3% commission is as large as possible.
Yes they would "wait for 2 days" to sell them.
The question remains, is there more news coming that would raise the price even higher? If so C.F. and Missling are market savvy enough to come up with a plan.

So the co knew good news was coming and they still went for issuing such large shares at lowest price? Why wouldn’t they wait for 2 days and issue new shares at higher prices?
So it is kind of insider info being used by company to give benefits to early investors.

To be clear. It’s just a theory, but under that theory they would not have had to issue shares at prices from July 2. It would have been prices from the 3rd.
