Folks are usually ok with dilution once the money is in the bank, it’s the “expected” dilution they hate imho.

My guess is now that first trial is starting the order of distribution will be, as usual, more institutions first, then higher end retail with bio risk tolerances as firm guidelines allow.

LPC acting as the principle for AVXL was purchasing AVXL shares from AVXL , becoming owners of the stock and then susequently selling into the secondary market making money on the spread
The ' spread will no longer end up in LPC 's pockets but now will be share capital for AVXL RIGHT?
