Oh so true!

Folks are usually ok with dilution once the money is in the bank, it’s the “expected” dilution they hate imho.

LPC was too small to get the job done.
Cantor, boutique firms and associates will get the money moving.

My guess is now that first trial is starting the order of distribution will be, as usual, more institutions first, then higher end retail with bio risk tolerances as firm guidelines allow.

The SEC and FINRA rolled back fiduciary guidelines, so solicit away brokers!
