Yes good stuff

Canter acting as an agent for AVXL will sell shares into the secondary market and will recieve a commission to do so.
LPC acting as the principle for AVXL was purchasing AVXL shares from AVXL , becoming owners of the stock and then susequently selling into the secondary market making money on the spread

The ' spread will no longer end up in LPC 's pockets but now will be share capital for AVXL
RIGHT?
