Or it could have something to do with the Symbol and Name change which is already in the works with FINRA.

ANDI don't have any filings. In other words they aren't registered with the SEC. They are pink alternative reporters only to the OTC.
The yield sign must be there for some reason other than SEC filings.

Per email from IR yesterday...

Regarding the Yield Sign, we are resubmitting paperwork today to correct an error in the previous filing. The Yield indication should come off within a day or two.
