Thank you for confirming that. I had a feeling it was something like that. I see they filed a late notification filing which gives 5 additional days, but looks like the needed a little more time. The OTC can be like the Gastapo with filings and fees. Once they upload the correct filing they should up tick on the same day unless its done over the weekend then it will be done on the next business day. Either way this is a non issue but hopefully they get the corrected filing uploaded over the weekend so we uptick on Monday.
