ANDI deciding to down tick from Current to Yield will require them to file every 6 months now vs filing quarterly as a Current reporting company. From an investors perspective it is not the right time to begin giving us limited information. Maybe they have a good reason to down tick or perhaps they are getting there filings in order and will start see some more filings early next week and will uptick back to Current.
