The warrants, should anyone choose to convert them to common shares, will be exchanged for unregistered shares. This is stated clearly in Mr. Miller's explanation governing the warrants.
I've held unregistered USEI shares for four years and can tell you that you cannot register them to make them tradable. USEI's attorney will not make them tradable.
If you fall for USEI's scheme in order to add shares at a discount, you'll wind up with useless shares you cannot trade. Speaking with CEO Tony Miller or Attorney Thomas Cook will not lead towards making these shares tradable. They will remain restricted. Think of it as trying to buy something with Monopoly money.
