Whats so hard for people to understand? Plan simple. Those who have been trading USEI are holding shares they cant trade. To date I have millions of them sitting in my account and nothing I can do to them. Cook wont write an opinion letter.
People avoid the scam and run away as fast as possible. Tony and Cook have been and will always repeat this scam to new comers.
