I was merely saying that even though prohibition ended some 80 years ago there are still funny laws in places.......not to distract from anything. MJ will have hold out areas too....obviously less and less over time.
I think he is referring to the fact Alc isn't allowed to be sold everywhere. The feds left it up to the States and they voted. For instance Jack Daniels is produced in a dry county in KY. No over the counter sales of Alc allowed. I think this parallels cali, in the way different cities and counties are deciding if they will or won't allow the marijuana industry inside their boundaries. Even though the State has approved both rec and med, I highly doubt every place in cali will be mj friendly.
