Incredibly astute and timely analysis of LQMT recent past, present and future. You are either a long time investor that has been watching from the sidelines for some time, a very quick study or quite possibly have insight gained from more than simple DD. Regardless, thank you for putting things into perspective and connecting many of the disparate dots and providing a thorough estimation of the possibilities/scenarios that await LQMT and its investors. All appears to be very positive for our future and yes “patience” is still a prerequisite.
LQMT Long and Strong for 2018 and beyond.

Thanks for the analysis. Very cogent.

SO: If Apple says no to the ROFR…Li can sell his own liquidmetal formula to other cell phone manufacturers and they can brand it as "liquidmetal?" Am I correct here?

So in a way it's a "Win-Win?" We make money either way. Won't be quite as big if Apple said no…but then if they did say YES this means a renegotiation took place and Apple is paying us a royalty???

Thanks for your well written synopsis and analysis.

Would you mind explaining one point in greater detail? You said:"Nothing happens without the scale of CE, and CE is controlled by Apple until February."

I know that Apple's ROFR expires in February, but that doesn't change Apple's exclusive and perpetual rights to CIP in CE. What changes with respect to Apple's control of CE in February? What am I missing?

TIA.

#5 - who will be the surviving company in your theory? Eon or Liquidmetal?

Wow comprehensive. I have a question. You say, “combine companies under one”. That’s the only thing that concerns me. If that happened in the near term, our share price will kill us. When would you see a merger and (due to the whole China/USA trade issue) which company would be the parent? We need at least 18 months to have a share value that gives us weight in a merger.
Finally, due to Li, I see us in a better position without apple, do you agree?

Yeah, I was meaning to say all that but I just forgot.

I'll tell ya something, you really sound like you know what you are talking about !
