Would you mind explaining one point in greater detail? You said:"Nothing happens without the scale of CE, and CE is controlled by Apple until February."

I know that Apple's ROFR expires in February, but that doesn't change Apple's exclusive and perpetual rights to CIP in CE. What changes with respect to Apple's control of CE in February? What am I missing?
