SO: If Apple says no to the ROFR…Li can sell his own liquidmetal formula to other cell phone manufacturers and they can brand it as "liquidmetal?" Am I correct here?
So in a way it's a "Win-Win?" We make money either way. Won't be quite as big if Apple said no…but then if they did say YES this means a renegotiation took place and Apple is paying us a royalty???
