I don't know how the Nevada SOS data base works, but this isn't the first time that a historical officer has disappeared from the data base (not even by a long shot).

There would still be a record of their involvement in the old filings for the entity.

I think if you order the "initial list" filing from 11/23/15 you will find their names (Stephen Hicks and Henry Sargent) there if they did set-up the Bellissima Spirits LLC entity like your old ICNB research says
