Jedi Mind Tricks at the Nevada Corporations Registry?

I think I have stumbled into something downright Orwellian over at the Nevada Secretary of State's office.

About how deeply Southridge Capital was involved in ICNB. At the time, Hicks and Sargent were listed as "former members" of a LLC related to ICNB, Bellissima Spirits, LLC. They are the CEO and in-house counsel of Southridge Capital, LLC, some pretty scary toxic funders. It looked like they set up Bellissima Spirits, LLC, and then handed management over to Rich DeCicco, the smiling front man of ICNB.

They have disappeared from the history of this LLC.

I haven't seen anyone manage to cover their tracks like this in the past. Has anyone, ever, seen anybody manage to back-track and cover evidence of their involvement like this?

This strikes me as seriously weird. Seriously...
