I don't know how the Nevada SOS data base works, but this isn't the first time that a historical officer has disappeared from the data base (not even by a long shot).

I think there's a simple explanation. The list of officers only includes current officers, and the those immediately preceding the current ones. ctrumabll wrote his original post in January. At that time, if I understand what he described correctly, Hicks and Sargent had just turned over the shell to Richard DeCicco.

And in fact an Amended List was filed with the NVSOS on 22 November 2016.

Then the required Annual List was filed on 1 September, so Hicks and Sargent were knocked off the list, leaving DeCicco as the only present and former officer.

You and I can incorporate a legal entity in Nevada and list Donald Trump, George Bush, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama as directors.

Just curious if caught, the NV SOS can delete the list of officers and directors on the site if found untrue.
