But LQMT's cross license with Eontec excludes consumer electronics.

So if we can't use CIP patents nor Eontec's IP in the field of consumer electronics, how do we work with a phone supplier other than Apple?

Correct, patentfella, so why would he buy into Liquidmetal if he could just save his 64 mill to manufacture BMG's in CE for numerous other consumer electronics companies, and make hundreds of millions, in Asia?

In other words, why would he allow Apple to exclude him from just going it on his own, without having bought into LQMT and the related limitations, and manufacturing for all those consumer electronics conglomerates in China, Japan, South Korea, etc.?

Is it merely because Apple wants to keep this material, so no one else can use it?? Have we discovered the golden goose of answers???

Use of LQMT’s IP was approved with restrictions, Not Eon’s IP, BMG or Machines.
Li can do whatever the heck he wants with Eontec's IP, Anywhere in the world, in any market segment and in any Military use. Its only select LQMT IP that has use restrictions placed on Li.
