But LQMT's cross license with Eontec excludes consumer electronics.
So if we can't use CIP patents nor Eontec's IP in the field of consumer electronics, how do we work with a phone supplier other than Apple?
Correct, patentfella, so why would he buy into Liquidmetal if he could just save his 64 mill to manufacture BMG's in CE for numerous other consumer electronics companies, and make hundreds of millions, in Asia?
In other words, why would he allow Apple to exclude him from just going it on his own, without having bought into LQMT and the related limitations, and manufacturing for all those consumer electronics conglomerates in China, Japan, South Korea, etc.?
Is it merely because Apple wants to keep this material, so no one else can use it?? Have we discovered the golden goose of answers???
