Look at how Rufus operates - he is the FIRST guy to trash someone whenever they say something bad about him or his company. The message boards are full of him bashing anyone who says the slightest word against him. He is the quintessential attack dog.
YET RUFUS DID NOT ATTACK CANADY WHEN THE C&D CAME OUT. AND HE NEVER SAID IT WAS A FAKE.

Serf, if Rufus saying NOTHING about the C&D letter "proves its legtimate", what does that mean when Ameritrade has said NOTHING about the CSHD PR statement this past week claiming ATurd has been short-selling CSHD stock? They certainly have had enough time to publicly respond as well.
if it was a fraud, then why should he even repsond to it? why bring more attention to something that isn't real and risk bringing more attention to bs?
i say leave it be. just like TDA isn't repsonding to RH.
