I recall a time when you or Our Street proclaimed the merger was not going to happen, or that it would fall through...I don't remember seeing Rufus tell you (or Out Street) that you were correct or incorrect with your statements at that time. I personally think he's sick and tired of the lies and deception taking place here, and will let the true story come out when he feels fit w/ the 10K and/or future PRs. Good or bad, he and the company are responsible for updating the shareholders, not you or anybody else on here. I still have not see one thing you suggested about this stock come to fruition. I don't know if you've officially stated your stance with the company, but you are one of the most negative posters out here. What can you possibly gain from doing this?
I do appreciate your concerns and DD to question certain events/filings/statements, etc...don't get me wrong. All I'm saying is that there are way too many negative posts about CSHD, and no follow-up to prove anything. It's hard for a believer in this company to buy anything these bashers have to say, when most of their info is comprised of deception, forged documents, name calling, and outright lies. In addition, 99% of what I've seen on this board is pure speculation - one way or the other.
So, you can continue to propose your suggestive arguments about the doom and gloom of CSHD, but please support it with concrete evidence. I have no problem hearing out either side during the final arguments of this case (which I believe the verdict will be announced within the week). Otherwise, you're the same as a pumper proposing the "to da moon" scenario without evidence. Thanks.
