Yes, I think Rufus was terribly negligent. If that C&D was a fraud, he should have screamed about it from every rooftop. He OWES it to his loyal shareholders. If you were him - wouldn't you?

You logic is sound, but entirely backwards...the fact Rufus said NOTHING - proves it's legitimate.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
