my only question here has been about the link between these chinese companies and the US otcmarkets shell, and your post didn't address this at all.

To my surprise the company knows nothing about investorshub.com and what are posted on the site, and they do not pay attention to the performance of their stock on otc. I explained some of negative posts and they laughed and said don't worry the truth will be revealed and when they moved up to nasdaq all those negative comments will be silenced. I complained the company did not have any good communications with current shareholders in the US market and big price fluctuation during the otc period is not good for current shareholders and future performance when uplisted because the institutional investors pay attention to the share price history. They agreed. Mr. Han told me that they have so much progress in so many fronts. He will coordinate with JB to release the information as soon as possible.

which "information"? the ticker change, the audited financials? maybe more than one badly written PR? which info?

My hero. Thanks for the in depth report and journalism on your second trip to China. There's a lot of pertinent information that clarifies quite a few things for me that really stands out, but the one that really stands out above the rest for me is the advertisement on the 100,000 free buses.

Let's say each of the buses advertisement costs are $5,000 usd per month. Multiply that by 100,000 buses, and you get a whopping $500,000,000 million in revenues just for those advertisements. If it's $10,000 usd per bus, that would be a mind blowing $1 billion usd per month... HOLY COW!!! =O

Also, I'm glad to hear that the commercial launch for our Chery SUV 600km is very near and might be set to roll early next month. Not quite July, but just damn near.

There's so much more to add here, but man, I hope folks are just going to settle for a measly couple dollars here. Because when you add it all the compiled d.d and projections, that aint going to be chit...

Thank you for confirming what many of us have believed for a long time that the Company knows they are going to be massive in our market, and plan to be NASDAQ bound.

Currently, however, they must trade on our OTC exchange and fulfill certain requirements to advance to NASDAQ......(I could be wrong, but I get the feeling this might be slightly demeaning to them, thus their cavalier attitude about us investors and our petty concerns and demands).

Quite frankly, they currently don't care about our day-to-day share price (although they agreed to be more clear in communication with us) as they know we are a massive enterprise and these ridiculous prices will be gone forever.

I'll say it again.....it appears we're going to be huge......get in or miss the boat.......or the yacht...,.lol.

OH MY GOD! I just discovered something quite substantial that's in reference with our Nasdaq listing.

Let me explain. When I first read your report on the second trip to China, you mentioned briefly that all the negative comments will be silenced when we uplist to Nasdaq. Well, from what we discovered on this board is that we would have to wait for audited financials for at least 4 quarters, once we are listed on the OTCQB before we begin to up list on Nasdaq.

I thought to myself, well that silence is going to persist for at least another year, maybe two. Now, I suspected once Mr. Han Zhiming told you that, he wasn't anticipating for us to wait that long of a duration to go to Nasdaq. That just didn't sit right with me at all.

So I begin to do some research on Chinese Companies that can some how expedite the process of going to Nasdaq from the OTC much faster than today's traditional process of up listing.


Lo and behold, I found that it is possible.


Check this out mang, there's a Chinese Co. that closed a merger on July 21st of 2016 on the OTCQB called LMB.

Guess how long it took them to get up listed to Nasdaq? Only 4 effing months! They got approved on the Nasdaq listing on November 15th of 2016!

So there are other expeditious ways to up list to Nasdaq from the OTC other than using the conventional route which usually takes more than 1 year, and I strongly believe Mr Han was eluding to that we will see Nasdaq much sooner rather than later. I strongly suspect this is the case and we will see Nasdaq very, very soon...

I do recall RO telling me last month after returning from his China visit... when he met and spoke with Mr. Dequn Wang for the first time... that he was told they don't monitor these message board sites (think I posted about it at the time). I'd be interested to know if you met Mr. Wang, what he said you might be able to share as well as what you thought of him.

Your following comment is particularly striking and hopefully it'll show up in the next filing (Q2 for period ending 6/30):

Wish I could read that 50-page business plan... but sure you'll do a terrific job in translating and sharing if possible.

This flo visit with HZ of Jinbo is loaded with so much info that I really did not consider this little item until now-

JB acquired a hot-spring resort and properties in Harbin area and Huang is providing legal assistance during the transition stage.

Per Wiki- The city has been voted "China Top Tourist City" by China National Tourism Administration in 2004

I mean, having a resort like that to have business groups attend- along with the type of property this could very well be- might fit in ideally with the green concept of ZJMY. But even more... this company must be massively loaded with capital to jump on something like this while producing EVs for their rollout.

Follow up on my trip

This is why I think the advertisement free minibus makes business sense. If you have a chance to visit Beijing, you will notice shared bikes are all over the place taking up street space, blocking public access, and becoming a hazard for management and street clean up. When the snow season comes the bikes will become street hazard. But there is a need for shared bikes for short distance move-around. Our free minibuses circling around stops around bus, train, and subway routes will alleviate or solve this problem. The only problem for the free riders is that they have to tolerate the bombardment of advertisement from all directions and in all forms.

ZJMY will take over EV taxi market: I haven't spotted any pure EV taxi on streets in all the cities I visited. Based on my interviews with taxi drivers, the range and charging time are the two biggest problems the industry are facing. ZJMY has the solution and ZJMY e cars will take over taxi market. ZJMY E bus will also take a share of market from the dominant player BYD.

I visited many places and companies, and met people and friends on my trip to China during July 5 to July 14. Beijing was my first stop. My intention of visiting ZJMY was very simple: to let the company hear the cries of our longs.

it points out that (for some very strange reason) management of this billion dollar enterprise in china doesn't even watch theifr stock trade on the OTC, and yet they are dangling the carrot of a nasdaq listing?

audited financials are required for that. remember those?

but how convenient they don't care about the trading here. you had to travel half way around the world for the longs, only to hear management say they are unconcerned by the constant drip of red on the chart? that's ridiculous.

High speed SUV: ZJMY has a contract in place with Chery to produce the V3 SUV by Chery. It is already in production and will be released into the market in August. The Department of Industry and Information published listing of new EV brands every month since January 2017. ZJMY expects getting their listing early August, could be the first Friday of August. The company can sell the SUV now but will not get government subsidies without the listing.
