The Company Exec's don't always worry about share price, That is the Job of the BOD. Look at Steve Jobs, In his first tenure he didn't care about the Stock price only about building the next great computer and the Board got Pissed and backed Arthur Rock and had him Fired from his own Company for Pissing away too much money...
Who is on the BOD of DOLV, Thats who you need to contact and complain to, Not the Executives, they are just interested in Cars and batteries and are usually unconcerned about the stock price because if they do their job Correctly the Price will follow.
Sorry but with a public company this is how it works.

You know why People take their Companies Public?
To Make a Ton of Money and have an Exit Strategy, Period..

Thank you Z always good to hear a contrary opinion. We appreciate listening to all sides of the arguments here. Some of us have and will continue to stick with this position and make money or not as is our choice. Some will be swayed by the information they find on this message board. Many will go deeper and actually look at the links provided of massive DD available and again...each makes his/her own choice. GLTU and GLTA in your trading...whatever that style may be. DOLV has been my choice since February and I am enjoying watching and participating in several others that I was alerted to be kind fellow travelers on this Road to Happy Destiny. Don't forget the company can just issue another class of shares and have them listed on NASDAQ and just bypass the OTC listing completely.

I'm not in at the moment but I note that Richard Oroveck has not taken a phone call from me since just before the 30 June filings were posted.
