If this scam wants to trade on the U.S. exchange, they're going to have to come across with communication that is addressed to their potential U.S. investors.
Otherwise, this is just a typical "run-of-the-mill" Chinese R/M scam.
I've been keeping an eye on the posts from Bi Hiroshi, Taiwan China Urban Competitiveness Cultural Exchange Association, vice president, Internet financial adviser, individual to Taiwan free exercise, to Taiwan public / business exchange, brand planning chain operations consultant.
I went back through all the posts and found the following which would further substantiate that plans are to go to NASDAQ at some point in time. First step OTC (rules require this).
