Option 2 would not be a betrayal since, absent news any financing would be toxic. The funding was provided to avoid insolvency and was not a promise of no more dilution.

Option 1 would be a dirty trick.

Just some positive news to soften the blow before a R/S and/or more dilution to follow SOON. My prediction is this happens within the next 3 weeks.
