I agree, but I am weary of the following:

A. What we are seeing might be a strategy to soften the blow of a reverse split. Maybe the plan is to use this as offsetting good news to lessen the fallout of a forthcoming R/S.

B. Or this is simply a temporary stop gap until toxic financing is secured. Upon such, insiders will be repaid in full and we will continue to feel the full brunt of massive dilution to our holdings.
