What would be the reason for the R/S, Turtle? The OTC does not require us to be above $1, Does it? If they did an R/S, the shorts would just do what they do...again!
I do believe another dilution may occur. My hope is that NWBO gets addition loans from well-heeled BODs and then, in may, gets the $21 million from the warrants.
