So let me get this straight, Mark... You are saying that everything Dr. Wang and Dr. Hu said at the NYC public meeting, as well as, the contents of their Powerpoint presentation has to be provided to the entire market within 24 hours. Who determines and what constitutes "material information". What about proprietary information, marketing strategies, etc, that could benefit competitors?

This all really sounds like a tempest in a teapot brought on by those who have a not so hidden agenda to do nothing but trash Hartcourt...

"I (they can figure it out for themselves. . .as they have with everything else) won't let them know what they need to file since I don't believe anything "material" was provided at the event."

So, what type of break would you like? What is it that you don't understand? I didn't mean to turn anyone's feathers I was just answering the question. If anything material did come up at the meetings than HRCT needs to file. Are you familiar with Regulation FD?

Peace,

I guess that could have been read a little differently than I intended. Just jotting out notes can sometimes read differently to different people. What I was meaning to say was that I won't post what it is that they should already be aware of (from a "material event" situation) since I figure they already know. Therefore, there was nothing said at the meeting that cannot be posted on this thread. If there was something that needs approval from HRCT before posting, we have an entirely different circumstance on our hands. I believe Mocha actually bought his way into this circle. And If the new CEO did not want anything posted on the message boards that he said, without approval, that opens a can of worms (I'm just being honest). Then again, I really doubt HRCT has anything in the coffers that is "material" since they haven't materialized on much of anything to date.

Anyone care to challenge me further? ;)

Peace,

mmayr, on re-examination, I stand by 'give me a break' as a legit reaction to the various implications of wrong-doing and tattle-telling in your post.
