Not a challenge, Mark. Just seeking edification on my part.... Does marketing research/strategies constitute a "material event"?

I believe the intent/spirit of the SEC rule deals with insider information that is used for one's financial gain/advantage in trading stocks. In my estimation, nothing of the kind was presented at the NYC meeting.
