If any "material information" was disclosed publicly by accident, or on purpose, the company has to file within 24 hours to inform the entire market. I won't let them know what they need to file since I don't believe anything "material" was provided at the event. If it was, however, and they do not disclose the information publicly within 24 hours. . .another SEC problem could arise.
