I believe the company is getting there with a commercially viable material. If you believe the material has a market, the price is a bargain right now.

Not sure why you would expect the management buying. I know if I am one of them I would not. They have some many options already. Buying a few thousand does not make any difference to them even if the company makes it big, yet it costs them real money and may cause them trouble with insider info claim.

Buz, wasn't payment $1 million for 2 million shares so far in this financing? Target is 3 million shares, so still open.

Anyone with better info please correct me. Also please clarify if additional options or warrants are part of the deal.
