Inforich...I believe they sold 2 million shares so far with 1 million left to go. See my post from Dec 16.
2MM raised in 15 days with 24 participants so far. 50k minimum each so as many as 16 of the 24 doubled up. (83k average). 1 MM left to go.

Not sure about warrants or options.
