AS was increased for new ownership imo
Or… COR said that Nobilis sold its 327 million shares between 29 July and 19 August. But did it have any debt left to convert? Does it still? Same goes for Beaufort.
We just don't know. If they had more debt left, they could have planned to convert and sell it in late August, September, and beyond. That might account for the gigantic raise in the a/s.
They wouldn't have cared when they sold it; the correspondence among Adam Carter, Darbie, and COR, which was copied to George Buonocore of Nobilis, suggests that Nobilis didn't believe its stock qualified for the dividend. It also suggests, at least to me, that Nobilis had some kind of deal with Carter that comprehended CRGP's purchase of those shares.
Though as many have objected before, if CRGP wanted to extinguish the debt, why didn't it just pay it off?
