Agree. Brokers are like insurance companies. They act like they you are important till you ask something of them, like a claim. When I asked, they gave me the old "we don't do that, we are a discount broker..." Spoke to several folks till someone realized I wasn't asking a lot and crammed the request back down to be executed. Tried again later in the week and they almost laughed.

The TA will provide the Share structure to any broker that requests it, has been on every email I made to him. Just emailed him to confirm and here was his reply

"*At this time we cannot give out the information, if the request comes from your broker we will provide the numbers to them."

We need to get an up to date one from someone here. I have fidelity and was painful. Someone tried Etrade, and not surprisingly they were not accommodating. Can someone with a different broker try? TA info below, just have your broker send an email request to the email below.
