There isn't anyway the Authorized Shares are 592 million as stated. Keep in mind one day there were 400 million shares traded.

CRGP filed amendments in Nevada to increase the A/S to 3.475 Billion.

In the COR Complaint Beaufort convert debt into 150 million shares and Nobilis converted debt into 327 Million shares. That is a total just for those two companies of 477 Million shares.

Had to pull teeth via my broker but they finally performed the request for me and I received it on Monday 8/24/15 at 2:20 PM after they requested it from Signature Stock Transfer. Broker was the pita, not TA. In fact, TA responded in 10 minutes as I have the request as a message from my broker that they emailed TA and than a message 10 minutes later from my broker with the info
