Had to pull teeth via my broker but they finally performed the request for me and I received it on Monday 8/24/15 at 2:20 PM after they requested it from Signature Stock Transfer. Broker was the pita, not TA. In fact, TA responded in 10 minutes as I have the request as a message from my broker that they emailed TA and than a message 10 minutes later from my broker with the info

Fairly certain FINRA received and passed on the transfer activity report from the TA. Not only are they abusing Rule 144 by selling unregistered securities, but they could be selling affiliate stock. 327 million would be over 10%
