How do you know? If that number is accurate, then it would account for the issuance of the Nobilis and Beaufort shares in, presumably, late July. We know that 327 million shares were issued to Nobilis, but we don't know exactly how many were issued to Beaufort.

It would also imply that no other notes were converted between the 30 June record date and the 19 August ex date.

But if so, why did they raise the a/s to 3.475 billion?
