The question to me is why PPHM would be willing to settle for less than $4 million? Maybe the partner is ready to move forward and they want to get it over with...or maybe they are hiding something naughty.

At any rate, I think we can officially remove "massive payday from CSM suit" from the list of potential upcoming catalysts that never happen.

I agree that's not correct that their policy covers up to 4M. Absolutely no way!

My malpractice insurance is $520.00 per year and covers me up to 3M.
