I guess I missed something

When did we find out CMS had $4million of E&O coverage?

How did we find out there was a $4million offer to settle??

Did you/we know that most E&O policies INCLUDE DEFENSE IN THE LIMIT?

Translated that means a $4million policy will pay a max of $4million in ALL payments including money paid to attorneys.

Translated again....CMS spends $3million for attorneys which means the Insurance Company policy only has $1 million left for a settlement.

Translated again....when the Insurance Company spends $4 million for attorneys they are done....then they walk....

This suit is not important.....unless of course the discovery identifies who paid Jeanette...and that the bad guy has a market cap of $200 BILLION like Roche.....then.............
