It's all in the court docs:

The (CSM) policy is $4 million and (PPHM's) demand was less than the policy"...

The question to me is why PPHM would be willing to settle for less than $4 million? Maybe the partner is ready to move forward and they want to get it over with...or maybe they are hiding something naughty.

At any rate, I think we can officially remove "massive payday from CSM suit" from the list of potential upcoming catalysts that never happen.
