marlong, I appreciate your post

I'll do my best to stifle any urges I have to promote Prop. 2, but I won't get paid as much by InterDig! LOL

With regard to the important stuff, I'm not as optimistic as some. Probably because I've set myself up for disappointment in the past.

I "love" InterDig; but, I can wait for arbitration with Nokia (if necessary) and another lawsuit with Ericsson for 3G (if necessary). I can also live with a volatile share price.

I'm fully convinced Interdig has the goods, and I'm willing to trust management to make the most of it - even if it takes a while.

Seems to me everything that could possibly be said that is even remotely related to the option question has been said, resaid, and been repeatedly repeated.

I disagree with your opinion. Corp_Buyer in his latest post brought up very good points that had not been discussed before. Also we do not know how the directors accumulated their shares and options. I think both items are very important if we are to understand how the directors are compensated. The previous focus has been on the officers. I think the focus should be on the directors. They are our representatives. It would be like concentrating on the staff of congress and not the congressmen themselves. The directors like the congressmen make the laws and rules. The staff or the officers just follow them.
