I'm in for the long haul as well and I too believe IDCC has the goods. I'm an optimist by nature and have never heard as upbeat conference calls as the last two. At the same time, if we go to arbitration I expect the share price to react negatively and want to have some cash readily available to take advantage of it. It is always a balancing act: remodel the kitchen or buy more IDCC, buy new furniture or buy more IDCC, etc. So, while in the end it is my decision to make, the more information I have the better. And, there are a lot of knowledgeable people on this board when they are not at war with each other.
P.S. On the pay issue - If you go to the ASM, in lieu of cash, they ought to at least give you an IDCC tee shirt (maybe it should be called a teecee shirt since he supports the option issue as well) for your ardent support of IDCC and management.
