Desert it looks like he is the newly appointed controller based on the title in the S3. Let's just hope he has something to be the controller of. They normally manage the cash and investments.

Hmmm. Maybe Nokia, Smsung and others money is just around the corner.

I want them to file a form announcing a share increase for a possible 4 x 1 split. Then they are using options in a good way. Give them to the share holders.

FORM 3...Is it possible this person who filed the Form 3 is intentionally trying to send the SHAREHOLDERS IN THE "OPEN" MARKET A MESSAGE ? ? ?

Being filed at this time would be perfect to get the "dilutive" message across to the shareholders who will feel this the most.
