Interesting analysis. I'm hoping some of our accounting friends can comment as I don't have the expertise to evaluate the corrctness of your accounting.

But .... I would maintain that the $1.00 per share per your numbers (or $65 million dollars) from the shareholder's pocket would be excessive.
