Another 17,500 options granted on 5/5/03 to someone named Richard Brezski. Anyone know who he is and why IDCC filed an S3 today disclosing he has these options? I know he has done such a wonderful job that we never heard of him before but he deserves these options. At today's prices I would imagine options with a strike price of $23.59 granted for a 10 year period would be worth over $10 on the open market at a minimum. So this officer just received a bonus equal to $175,000 and the dilutive effect is immeasurable.

I hope all investors who are supportive of excessive options being granted, do themselves a favor and read up on basic investing and accounting to figure out the impact this will have on your long term investing, not just IDCC but for all companies. This is a time bomb that will blow up in your face with much much lower investment returns in the future. This type of behavior must stop.
