Some "MJ plays" sell federally legal imported HEMP.....

-based products. They are basically like vitamins or supplements that don't require FDA approval. The problem there is those products don't sell very well, so revenues are minimal.

Interesting reading that some "investors" on those plays think any new laws legalizing weed will have a positive effect on their investment. Truth is, it would have the opposite effect.

Big money.....real money.....will move like the wind when marijuana is federally legal. Right now it's not impressed with Holder's change in policy, which has happened a few times now.
